Oh that one's easy. I'd put in there a big, big big seat. Realy drape myself on it an just look up. Do notting furter, just look up and imagine all the colors blending into my life.GREAT picture. Have a colorful day.
I'd add music - it looks like a room made for dancing! What a gorgeous chandelier - I get the lust factor completely!
I was going to say a tango band or jazz orchestra, but kendalee beat me to it!
I think a big table, maybe low so you could sit on the floor and eat and drink and visit and share under all that beautiful light.
An amazingly comfortable (but antique) chaise...velvety, tufted, and curvy...that's what I would add :).
I am loving this room we are building...
music, dancing, all my friends and lots of tequila....and then maybe some velvet cushions scattered around the outside dance floor area, since all of my friends and myself are 44 or older and we need to sit and rest after a few songs !!!
A painting that the light could reflect upon. I'd sit in that room for hours.
I'd add a beautiful white leather tufted couch, very modern lines, and then drape it with a colorful blanket and pillows from some cool exotic local.
with all these beautiful additions, this room is now my official happy place.
Can we add food too??? Really good food! Love it!!
I saw this chandelier in Holland in a village shop a few months ago. I loved it the minute i saw it. Totally colorful!I'd put a huge cloud-white puffy bed right in the middle for ultra comfort!
a bathtub filled with cotton candy...pink!
Did someone already say cushions? I would add in large, overstuffed, with a bold print cushions. That is a great chandelier! We just put one up in my daughter's room.
We need a gorgeously luxurious bay window, overlooking a cozy garden with a brick wall around it - the iron gate taking you to fields beyond. The cushions extend to the window seat, don't you think? With books...lots and lots of books...on a table - what kind of table do we need, or book shelf?
The room would transform into a gypsy wagon with a pinto horse grazing by it's side. And who is that leaning on it -- oh my gosh -- Jonny Depp!I feel the same way about pieces of ironwork from New Orleans or France or Tunisia!
Okay...horses over books:). I love this thread.
I'd add a mirror, so people could see how happy they are looking at that awesome fixture! What a great question to pose.
A big poofy, blue couch. I don't know why, but that's what it needs! Something big and comfy that I can sleep in. Mmmmm.
